Miguel & Michelle – Bali Prewedding Sunrise in Batur Volcano to Sunset Beach by Guppi
Preceding Miguel and Michelle’s pre-wedding adventure at Mount Batur’s foot was an early morning calm. Michelle prepared in advance earlier at 1 a.m., having done her makeup routine as preparation. Before the dawn of the day broke, they left for the wedding venue. There was the chill mountain breeze awaiting them upon their arrival, plus the thin covering of mist over the surrounding hills. Michelle was stunning in her white flowing gown, and Miguel was suave in his gray suit. As the sun slowly began to rise over the mountains, it painted the sky with an awe-inspiring golden gradient. This phenomenal moment created the perfect backdrop to capture their love story. With Mount Batur, regal and radiant in the background and the peaceful atmosphere of dawn, the photo shoot began.
After completing their first session, they headed toward a pura, a Hindu temple of Bali, which stands adjacent to the river. They changed into their traditional Balinese attire, going perfectly in tandem with the sacred and serene mood at the temple. The beauty of the temple architecture, in conjunction with the serene winding river, created the scene mystical and romantic. They struck poses at several locations inside the temple, where they caught the beauty of the culture with the romance of their love story. Each step of theirs in the temple was sensed as important, representing the fresh journey that the two of them were soon going to start.
It was time for nightfall when they proceeded towards Cemagi Beach for the second shooting session. Miguel was now clad in a formal black suit, while Michelle shone in an ethereal soft pink dress. A vintage VW Combi, decorated with subtle ornamentation, was their main prop, adding a unique retro touch to the shoot. They posed cheerfully by the car, smiling as the ocean breeze kissed their cheeks. They then strolled towards the cliffs along the beach, where Michelle changed into a flowing green dress that billowed with the wind. With the endless sea stretching before them and the sun setting into the sea and casting a golden light, their photographs became even more dramatic and emotionally charged.
As the night began to fall, they returned to the beach, removing their shoes and laughing as they ran along the water’s edge, laughing out loud under the night sky. The waves lapped at their feet softly, adding a romantic touch to the already fanciful experience. When it started getting dark, the final part of their photo shoot was taken in conjunction with the VW Combi, but in a diversified atmosphere along the roadside, under the warm colors of city street lamps. The dim lights created a stunning kaleidoscope around them, giving their final photos an intimate and dreamy touch. With smiles on their faces and a batch of beautiful memories etched in time, Miguel and Michelle ended their day with happy faces, ready to start their new life as a husband and wife.
